Affiliated Marketing Services, Inc.

Community Marquee Division to Develop National "Smart
Shopper" Franchises

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 1998--Jones
Naughton Entertainment, Inc. announced today they have reached
an agreement to acquire all of the assets of Affiliated Marketing
Services, Inc. (AMS). AMS is an established, Del Mar, CA based
multi-media publisher, advertising agency and media buying
concern with annual revenues in excess of $1 Million. The AMS
agreement will mark the second completed acquisition for Jones
Naughton since April of this year.

AMS is best-known for providing top-tier advertising and promotion
for the PGA MERCEDES CHAMPIONSHIP for the past ten years.
AMS' aggressive promotion of this premier professional golf
spectacular, hosted by the world famous La Costa Resort and
Spa, includes marketing, ad agency services, media guide
production, promotions, hospitality coordination and publication of
the event's award-winning PGA souvenir program.

AMS has demonstrated ingenuity and leadership throughout the
San Diego, CA area in the multi-media publishing and advertising
fields. Evidence of their success is found in each issue of THE
