Pugs,

I apologize for coming out of hiding and posting here again... :0)

Anyway, I thought I might just voice a suggestion to all of those RMIL shareholders out there holding their certs.

I suggest that you all explore the possibility that RMIL stock is considered worthless (check with your broker/accountant), and then make the necessary efforts to write it off as a tax loss. This should not require selling your stock or transferring certificates. I discussed this earlier this year with my accountant on GRNO, but he found out that it is not considered worthless.

In sum, you all would be able to benefit from the tax deductability of holding a potentially worthless stock without actually parting with the stock. Essentially, it is not trading to any degree so it is, technically speaking, worthless.

Now hang on to that stock and should the situation change and the squeeze occur, you can then liquidate at a profit and file an adjustment to your tax returns to reflect the return of "worth" to your RMIL stock.

In essence, no one needs to sell. There is no futher reason to accuse someone of "shareshaking", and you all can focus on getting this management team to salvage something.

At the very least, having a ruling on the actual "worth" of your stock through this procedure will tell you where you all actually stand vis-a-vis a short squeeze.

Back to my cave.... :0)

Regards,

Ron

Hey Pugs,
Its been a while since I've been online.
Looking through the last few posts it
seems as though nothing has change.
Nays still at it. Any word on when
to expect this to start trading again?
