TO ALL: Here is a draft of the letter I am sending to NASD..... I am hoping to get some input as to what I should add or delete. Thanks NASD REGULATIONS MARKET REGULATIONS ATT: CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS 9513 ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND 20850-3389 To who it may concern, I would like to file a complaint on the behalf of the shareholders of INFE, OTC-BB Infocall corporation. Since January/February of this year I have been a shareholder in INFE. I am truly disgusted at the Market Makers ability to hold huge spreads in stocks regardless of the situation at the market level which may be occurring. I do understand that the spread is a legal way for MM's to make money, however, I feel that when the spread is maintained, and maintained to the extent of %50 to %60 at points in time, it is excessive and damaging. When I came into this stock, the spread was .05 cents. Of course at .14 by .19, .05 cents is a long ways off. These kind of spreads prohibit people from buying into a company because you are already losing your shirt when you get in. Of course with the proper due diligence, I could see the potential of this company to eventually escape the bb's. However, for the past few days the spread has been maintained to the highest degree. At one point on Friday the 21st, the spread reached a lofty 60%. Fortunately the shareholders in this company are much more organized then your market makers think. Can you tell me why, when buying pressure is reaching the 100,000 mark on a stock with a 2.5 million float how you allow a MM to raise the ask and drop the bid at the same time? I don't know why someone wasn't watching this stock that day as it blew all kinds of volume alerts going from a daily of 70,000 to a one day 1.4 million marker. I will try and include trading logs. I am confident you will take a look into the past of this stock and the Market Makers who are playing with it. I also would love some correspondence as to what is legal or illegal, and what can be done to stop the games. I mean .05 cents to .55 to .60 is one thing.......but .87 to .68 after buys crush sells, is a tad abusive, in my opinion. Thank you for your time, Robert B.
