What's the latest? With the price drop, it appears obvious that a couple MM's have been shorting their pants off. The tree has been shaken and many a weak holder has put an end to their sleepless nites. Typical of otc:bb fledgling co's., paid doomslayers show up on these message brds and bash relentlessly until the price drop takes place, they generally show on Friday and scare all weekend. Over @ AOL there has been another saviour there who wishes to stop the poor investor from lossing his 2500 shres. No facts, just doubt, and total negativity. The co. may take the offer for the property at $31 mil., maybe today, according to rumor. This should certainly help finalize the financial details of their shopping list. The buyback on the bid has yeilded about 50k shares thru wednesday, according to the pr people. They will have to stop for at least two days before any kind of news release. Can't be buying while your telling of great news. It has been clear that they wish to limit the dilution, as all this waiting for the deals, could have been mixed with reg s or private placements. Hey, a private placement for the necessary cash may not have been soo bad. Anyway, lets get it done already. A jump over to amex is the talk. I do not know the requirements, but there could be some bending of the rules as AMEX seeks co's. This coupled with a pr blitz, the big deal closure, and we're back off to the races.
