What I understand is that IDT hasn't had enough equipped fab lines and enough skilled techs to run them. They built the Oregon facility at a cost of hundreds of millions and then the market went south. Then they pushed back equipping much of the floor space until they had something profitable to run in it. When they turned to the C6, the fab was not ramped for volume production to nearly the scale needed. Call it start-up problems or whatever, the bottom line is that they haven't produced much out of the new facilities up until now.

To be fair about it, we need to get an update from IDTI on how well the ramp is going. Maybe they have started to crank out parts more in line with earlier projections.

I think IDTI has bottomed and will move up a bit on the strength of a general market reversal over the next few days. It's probably going to be rocky for a while.
