I beg your pardon? Merced was described as "Merced, Inc" in CSHK press releases from the beginning of March and from April. Its articles of incorporation were in fact not filed until 11 May. We've been through this innumerable times. "Telanis" has been described in a press release as "Telanis Software Inc." We can find no record of incorporation, and no other information about the company, unless it's the one run by Aaron Brinton in Idaho. Yes, we've ASKED where it's incorporated, but haven't received an answer.
