Remember that you must be past settlement
date to exercise your warrants...
ie T+3 means trade date +3 days..in order
for the firm that sold you the warrants to
actually deliver them to your clearing firm..
In other words if you buy warrants today..
you cannot exercise them until MONDAY!!!

I'm processing 10,000 tomorrow....If
I have a problem I'll let everybody
know..

Potential problems when exercising.

1) A "fail to deliver" from the clearing
firm representing the seller of the warrants
2) DTC does the "exercise" and we
get a "fail to deliver" from
the Transfer Agent on the common
In which case your clearing firm will reverse the
trade.
