We have confirmed lower dayrates for these guys on renewed contracts. They missed their last earnings estimates. People are scared to death we are going to retest previous lows. Be careful.

I don't understand what this analyst is saying about inventories.
He says they are normal, when everything else I read says
there's so much extra, there's no place to put it.
