I use Quick & Reilly. Sometimes there web site is a little slow but I have never not gotten a fill and it 14.95 per trade on any stock, any amount of shares and all the BB's are on there. I have never had a stock that I couldn't trade with them over the web.

I use National Discount Brokers (NDB) and recommend it without
reservations. 1-800-888-3999, ndb.com

Give it a test drive: ndb.com

I have no affiliations other than satisfied. Here's why:

Excellent website
You can have one frame or three frames on your screen! Multiple
frames is AWESOME. The three frames are trading, quotes, and
account balance. The setup is easy.

Trading screen - you can use decimals!!!!!
You pay one commission per day for same side trades for any number
of shares on the OTC BB
Website limit order $19.95
Website market order $14.95
Phone-in limit order $27.95
Phone-in market order $24.95

Listed stocks same price as above up to 5000 shares plus .01 per
share over 5000.

You can specify GTC, Day order, marker or limit. Great preview of
order (with current RT Ask figured in) plus verification before it
sends. If you already own the stock, it will let you know.

Multiple accounts
Easy account switching and account window updates.

Free real-time quotes screen
You can specify BB stocks, i.e. DGIV. You can specify single
quotes or up to 3 lists of 10 quotes. You can also specify which
7 of 23 indicators you want displayed. You must manually update
the quotes in the quote window (no real-time updating). However
you can have the last trade quotes from your current quote list
scroll by at the bottom of your window. Neat feature.

Also, full quote info is available for BB stocks. For every trade
you make, they give you 100 more real-time quotes. And I don't
think they do the subtraction right. I think I actually use more
than they subtract from my total. With any modest amount of
trading I don't think you'll ever run out. You get a bunch to
start out with too.

Account/portfolio balance screen
This one is kewl. It shows your previous day's balance, as well
as your current day's portfolio with RTQ's and daily value.
Keeps track of your average buy-in price and calculates your
total return in real-time.

Technical Analysis screen
You can even ADD indicators like moving averages, ...

Zack's screen
Show me the numbers. Little or no info on BB stocks.

Links screen
Plenty to do research, but too many links to list.

can trade options and mutual funds.

Account summaries each month are legible and the end of year
is adequate.

NDB confirmations have been excellent. Better than expected price
sometimes and almost always fast executions. I say almost always
eventhough I've rarely been disappointed. You can get confirmation
by email or automated phone call (which you can setup by their
website or by phone) and they will send a confirmation through
the mail.
