Here's some more speculation on yesterday's ESVS announcement:

Stock Dividend..NOT STOCK SPLIT
RDPBMW

Zulu now owns twice as many shares of ESVS as they did
before.
One share for every one you own. Now there is twice as many shares. Why
would they do this. IMHO the company people own almost all this
stock(check on Edgar)You can't get movement on your stock when you own
it and don't want to sell cause good things are happening. So you create
some stock to sell to get that price going. But what if it is a split?
Then the shares would be worth around$3.00 Now that would be a
reasonable time to merge everything together. 6 shares of Zulu for 1
ESVS,A smaller float, A NASDAQ listing, Financials then can come out. It
could be possible. Some people think that every time news comes out they
turn it around and make it negative.I prefer to make it positive since I
OWN this stock.
