Pual: Since I don't have that "cut and paste" capability, it is a little more difficult for me to answer all questions the way I would like, sometimes.
I am glad for you that you, like me, are unconcerned about possible legal action.
However, if what has been presented on this board is true, (concerning furious emails back and forth, and PM's) then I believe that will all come out. I also believe that wittingly, or unwittingly some people will find themselves caught up in something they hadn't planned on.
1: They may be in total denial (who knows) about some things, but it may also not be important to the ultimate outcome.
They are here for a short squeeze, not for a quality company, IMO.
2. The stock may never trade again, but never is a long time, and a lot can happen between now and then.
IMO, it is not important to the SEC whether or not this company has a great business or not, I believe that their only concern is whether or not the facts are presented honestly. (which is as it should be, IMO)
If that is true, then the company can write everything of, and start over, I think.
They will have fulfilled the requirement that way.
also believe that any account would have no problem signing off on a statement that said.."worthless company, no assets, no business"
However, that is not the issue either, now.
(the value of the company)

The issue to me is trading, and if they can get trading, and the people have the shares, then can you explain to me why their would not be a successful squeeze??
They can initiate it themselves, they don't have to wait for wall street to join in.The MM's have t cover, as I understand it, and if that's the case, why do they need any one else?
I hope I was clear, and if I missed anything concerning your post, I apologise, as I said, I don't have that cut and paste thing.

>>>>4. I'm not fully up-to-date with the shenanigans of Mork. However, many
of his claims were later revealed to be true. Can you blame the guy?<<<<

Yes, we can "blame" the guy. He has released fradulent press releases, set-up a web-site to spread misinformation, hired guys to slam RMIL on the internet, and provided misinformation to "authors" of newspaper articles as well as setting up a company using the name 'Olympus Ventures'. You applaud his criminal acts while at the same time manufacturing criminality you expect RMIL to defend which simply does not exist.
You are very quick to point out the "fraud" you claim OVIS/RMIL has perpetuated on the public, yet the SEC has given RMIL a clean slate. The contentions brought by the SEC due to shortseller complaints were responded to in a 3 paragraph 8K and the company was cleared to trade.
Can you cite any criminal charges against RMIL or its' principals? Can you cite any constraints the SEC has on RMIL?

RMIL has allowed RMCW and Mike Puhr to exhaust its efforts in finalizing the merger before moving on. The forclosure on the plant will be a definitive point in the resolving this issue. RMCW claims the creditor will take partial payments. Now we will see if the investor will come thru or not.
RMIL has another deal to finalize if RMCW is unsuccessful in finalizing the merger. The 10K is completed and being audited. If the RMCW merger is not happening, we can expect an 8K or some kind of forward looking statement to define for shareholders RMIL's new direction. Morgan feels trading will commence in 60 days and informs us that Rileys' numbers are correct. There is talk of a dividend to shareholders . The float is 5K short of being entirely in Name Form with 1MM+ called for.
Though you 'understand' and display empathy for the blatent and malicious acts Mork has afflicted on RMIL and our investment, you wish to paint the victim(s) of this abuse as 'FRAUD's' and guilty of something criminal you failed to define.
We are shareholders , nothing more...Mork supeonaed us to try to prove different, remember?, he couldn't! The only ones who should fear being "before the judge" are the ones who commited criminal acts or acted as accomplices to these acts.
