Pual: Since I don't have that "cut and paste" capability, it is a little more difficult for me to answer all questions the way I would like, sometimes. I am glad for you that you, like me, are unconcerned about possible legal action. However, if what has been presented on this board is true, (concerning furious emails back and forth, and PM's) then I believe that will all come out. I also believe that wittingly, or unwittingly some people will find themselves caught up in something they hadn't planned on. 1: They may be in total denial (who knows) about some things, but it may also not be important to the ultimate outcome. They are here for a short squeeze, not for a quality company, IMO. 2. The stock may never trade again, but never is a long time, and a lot can happen between now and then. IMO, it is not important to the SEC whether or not this company has a great business or not, I believe that their only concern is whether or not the facts are presented honestly. (which is as it should be, IMO) If that is true, then the company can write everything of, and start over, I think. They will have fulfilled the requirement that way. also believe that any account would have no problem signing off on a statement that said.."worthless company, no assets, no business" However, that is not the issue either, now. (the value of the company) The issue to me is trading, and if they can get trading, and the people have the shares, then can you explain to me why their would not be a successful squeeze?? They can initiate it themselves, they don't have to wait for wall street to join in.The MM's have t cover, as I understand it, and if that's the case, why do they need any one else? I hope I was clear, and if I missed anything concerning your post, I apologise, as I said, I don't have that cut and paste thing.
