Re: tech support

It's been my experience that the novice user often requires less tech support than intermediate or advanced users. Moreover, the tech support to the novice is cheaper to provide because he doesn't ask many questions that require a lot of expertise.

DragonBoy, it is nice to talk to some one who is more logical here like yourself for a change.

Time Traveler does agree with you about these sub-K computers. Next time, when these consumers, who already bought them, are due for upgrades, they will avoid the companies that sold them these garbage computers in the first place, and they will buy real computers from the internet. That is why Dell keeps taking away market share from others.

Where is Ali? Who knows? He probably sold out his AMD stocks and currently enjoys a wonderful vacation somewhere. Time Traveler is not surprised that Ali would bail after witnessing AMD going from $15 to $40 down to $15 to $30 down to $20. Just thinking about it is making Time Traveler's stomach sick. Got to go the restroom.

Time Traveler
