leaks ALWAYS occur in penny stocks.. the SEC can't do anything about it.. the only clear violation as I understand it is 1) the company knowingly gives out insider info 2) the immediate person who knowingly receives the insider info trades on it.. that's my understanding... and yes, as I've stated it's NOT official until we get the news.. but a call to the company is always a good place to start.. I understand your cautiosness.. that will do you well.. however, I heard enough over the weekend to spark my interest and buy in on Friday and more at .48 yesterday. jim
