Classic Series Completes TV Deal With ESPN

PHOENIX, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Classic Golf Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board:
CSGC - news) is very pleased to announce that its Classic Series
professional golf tournament scheduled for September 14, 1998 will be
broadcast nationally on the ESPN sports television network.

''We have a commitment from ESPN to air on September 14, 15 or 16,
depending on whether it is a 'live' or a tape delayed broadcast of the
tournament. This allows us to choose the option that best suits our
sponsors requirements as we get closer to the event date,'' stated David
Marr III, CEO of Classic Golf Corporation.

ESPN currently reaches approximately 74 million households and is
extensive in its golf coverage. In 1998, ESPN will cover nearly 40 PGA
Tour events, with a combination of Senior Tour and PGA Tour events. John
