Why the sudden interest in hard facts now? You are beginning to sound like a defense attorney. We'll agree that posting over on Joe's thread is a good place to separate out the Press Releases. I for one find it quite convenient for pulling up the inconsistencies as they arise.

OK, John, How exactly would you like me to word that? That was just my polite way of saying that Rhonda never objected to her name being used and we know she reads SI. Nor has the company written any retraction to that post claiming that it was being misrepresented fraudulently on either YAHOO or SI. As far as we know, then, the Marcos letter was written by a person claiming to be Rhonda and was unchallenged by any other Rhonda as to the accuracy of the statement. This leads me to believe that it is indeed "The Company" as represented by --Rhonda. That's as factual as I can get.
