Confluence seems to have hit the nail on the head and I quote: "You've not heard one shareholder of SUF bemoan a declining price" Maybe that is the problem here , no-one is taking responsibility. I looked for CJ at the court hearings and he was not even there! Perhaps he had more pressing matters to attend to although I fail to see what this could be.After all this case was of paramount importance to SUF. Confluence sums it up well by referring to the whole saga as 'crap'.
