Yes, the stock dividend will affect the ratio, and will make it smaller, as you have suggested.

However, it will not be beneficial to ZULU, because (as I pointed-out in the earlier post) the ESVS shares are now worth less.

As to the confusion over the stock dividend - and I'm sure it was that - I am confident that by next Tuseday ESVS will be trading at around $3.00.

I think that the ESVS thread on Yahoo may actually be of some use in this matter. Wonder if any ESVS shareholders have received their stock dividend in their accounts yet?
