Pugs, I guess I didn't make myself clear. Allow me to reiterate. 1. I don't care what the mmkrs or Mork are doing and neither should anyone holding RMIL stock. 2. Many people are facing significant tax losses in RMIL which they feel they can't utilize without selling their stock. 3. I merely recommended investigating the possibility of having RMIL stock declared "worthless" and a paper loss, without having to sell their stock. Holders would be able to enjoy the tax deductibility without having to sell their stock and falling prey to the alledged massive short position and manipulation. 4. Should the short squeeze manifest itself later on as the Mmkrs realize they are losing this "battle of wills" (and it certainly is that), they will be forced to eventually reflect the true "value" of this stock as reflected by the certificated shares and small float, as well as their requirement to eventually cover that short position. 5. In the event of a short squeeze, holders should be able to liquidate, make a profit, and then adjust their previous tax return to reflect the resurrection of value in their RMIL shares. 6. I have provided this possible scenario as a means to force someone's hand(primarily the market markers) and find out if this stock has truly been massively naked shorted. I have no desire to shake shares, nor see naked shorting rewarded. Which of the above comments don't you understand?? Pugs, you don't need to beleive there is always a negative angle on the part of the nays. Most of us, at least myself, merely want to find out if their is or isn't a massive short position in RMIL. If their was, I would probably join with all of you in an effort to give them a good thrashing. Btw, in case you haven't been following the company, I would suggest anyone interested in bottled water providers check out AVBC aquavie.com I finally had the opportunity to "test drive" a few bottles of the product this past weekend and I was actually impressed. I would never have given the company a second glance had it not been for the discussion of the bottled water market on this thread. For this, I have to offer my gratitude. Regards, Ron
