I need to clarify one thing from my last post.
The SEC told me the last incident was in mid 1996.
With fraud charges intent is implied.
Also the SEC cannot discuss ongoing investigations.
I want to make it clear the SEC did not endorse the intentions
of the people charged from MINE.
Also the agent would not give a timetable when this would be
resolved.

I won't go into detail here why I think this will not be an issue
in the future, but I want to be completely honest about the facts.
