I hope no one has forgotten that the end results have already been established as far as ownership of the new company zulu.

We, the current Zulu shareholders will have an 80% stake and ESVS shareholders will divvy up the remaining 20%.

We will still own 80% of any increase in value of ESVS.

My point is it doesn't really matter which stock goes up (just so one of them does) or how many shares are floating around. The bottom line is the "net" (Jon Tara word) worth of the mergered companies.
