Most of junior mining company promoters have very nice houses around here who belong on paper to their wives . Some may make gift (company shares or options), or per exemple, told their wives when to buy and sell shares on the market. Understand ? That is only one of the tricks that all accountants here know... The number of shares on the insiders trading list is a very small piece of the iceberg.

Hello Gary, Labonden and all,

The Commission des valeurs mobiliŠres du Qu‚bec should have insider trading reports on their website sometime in the fall. No use contacting the montreal stock exchange since they are not the supervisory body.
I have been following insider trading for the last few months and the only transaction that was reported was James Wood selling a block a few months ago. At the time I posted that info, if I recall correctly he still had a few hundred K's left :).
I will try to find out how many shares our insiders own presently and if any previous transactions were reported and will post.
