Rick, Your opinion is appreciate and constructive - Your concerns are valid, however, as rocketman already so eloquently stated, I see this as a buying opportunity for DGIV and other "predators". Russia and Indonesia, with their high population, is extremely attractive right now. You can bet that venture capitalists are all over both countries, gobbling up these discounted opportunities (like getting DGIV under $6 on Friday. Telecommunications is going through a "MAJOR" revamping and countries coming out of turmoil will be more than happy to install cheaper, newer, more efficient technology. Finally, DGIV does not have a exsisting track record in these countries, which means revenue generated over the next few quarters will be a measure for the future not the past. YOU CAN'T DISAPPOINT WHEN YOU HAVEN'T HAD PAST PERFORMANCE enough said... I hope that answers some concerns of yours. Rico
