Yes. I've asked many people what they think of Pete Kight, and the only bad thing that I've heard is that he has trouble retaining the right people. I'm sure Pete has heard this criticism, and is working to correct it.

I think that this is the second person from CKFR to go to Home Com. Didn't their marketing VP go there as well?

Do you think that this is what is hurting the stock?
