kenneth-- granted. the market however is irrational and so its prices may not be right. i am sure the penny's or their advisors have looked at the same things i have looked at, and reached the same conclusion. if contracts were not forthcoming, if the DLC solution wasnt there, if the partnership with LU didnt exist...then i would agree with you, and a buyout at 15 would look ok. however, since we do have all those things, a buyout at 15 looks paltry. my advice: dont look at the stock price. tomorrow there will be another one, and next week there will be still more. only the investor can judge the value of his investments. good luck to all, trey
