Kevin, JNNE has indicated to me numerous times that their first preference is to use their ANFS stock for acquisitions, as cash and for conventional borrowing.

I don't expect to see any stock dilution for this acquisition.

That is a good question...

Jones has stated that they would perhaps sell a few shares of Amerinet to do something in the future...which would not effect anything with their royalty agreement and Costco.
