APTX- interesting points Rande... whatever is holding the price in check is up for debate, but strange... nothing but good news for a while and price either stays in place or sinks This mornings press release concerning First Fidelity was a bit disconcerting at first, but I think they ARE in fact just trying to make some noise to save face. The important thing is, for the moment investors believe ATPX's side of the dispute. There are several bargains out there today, and I think this is one of them. After looking this one over and waiting for the last weeks dust to settle, I like it a lot and I'm in..... cheers MG
