Decreasing losses? No they just increased the amount of shares outstanding which in turn decreased the per share loss. Check out SLIC 10Q

Those hucksters at LOCK issued a press release with the heading: "Saf T Lok Reports Improved First Quarter Earnings"

Earnings, yeah right. What earnings. They only have a few hundred thousand in sales with a $30 million market cap.
