Anyone, The Wall Data/RUMBA/NCD product sounds very much like the NCD/FutureSoft announcement. In both cases we're looking at legacy and Unix host connectivity to NCD terminals. What's the difference between these two announcements? Jim

Mark, Over the course of several days last week, I got about 5 messages on my answering machine from people representing NCD urging me to vote my shares on the proxy issues. Did this happen to you or anyone you know? Also, besides the annual report, I later received proxy statements in the mail. Then the phone messages started, then more (duplicate) proxy statements arrived. What's the urgency here? If I hadn't voted, don't my shares automatically get voted according to management's recommendation? Jim
