Parent company VSE is a professional services company established in 1959.>> This is not the same Energetics. EJTX is a shell company out of Englewood Colorado. It will come back to par around .005-.01 IMHO. Not short just look at historics and call information for Englewood. When you call co. you will get an answering machine. There are no fundamentals for this shell co. It is possible, though, that someone is taking over - this opinion / theory would be solely based on pattern of volume over past several weeks.
