PT, I said April 30th was 45 days after the 8k came out. What most people, including you and me, assumed after that was strictly up to them. Would you care to assume what was meant by the end of May time frame that was given by IR to investors that called earlier in the month? Aleta

I would not read "cause" so broadly. Again, and more importantly, in my opinion the deadline is artificial and presumably can be extended, by interrelated companies, at any time. I am delighted you found the 20-80% reference, which I had forgotten, although I am puzzled by the statement that if the combination were made on "the date hereof." Does this mean we go back to the stock values on March 16 or some other date? I have to go back to the SEC filing and doublecheck, unless someone can help me out here.
