GA, Quick question. Since you are into shells. Look at EJTX - now I know volume is too scary and I'm not in but I was during last run. Question is how does one identify if a shell is in the process of being taken over. Does one see a historic pattern as w/ EJTX? I called co. no one there (BTW, they are out of Englewood, CO.) Got # from information and the co. issuing stock. How does one identify shell before take over? Any ideas? Eric

Just a matter of time GB, just a matter of time. Heck I can't figure out for the life of me why the "internet" traders can't do the basic math and figure out which of the triad is the better deal...when my money's on the line, I take the time to figure this stuff out....guess it's just a natural instinct to buy the commons even though there might be a better, and in this case, much better deal sitting out in the shed. Buying the P's at 26 is like buying the common for .50 a share...since the common is trading at approx 1.25 that is a near guaranteed profit of .75 a share, or 150% profit by just holding the P's...add to that the fact that MIDL is in negotiations with the big boys and you can almost guarantee MIDL will be trading much higher than that come October making MIDLP an absolute steal at these prices. Just a matter of perspective I guess, I'm not one to jump into something without figuring out all angles of it but I guess there'ss others who can't be bothered. Oh well, Boob
