Binder...you are correct. I was not thinking about the shorters when I made that statement re the P float. I only meant that these shares would, for all intensive purposes, be out of the "trading" float. But of course, unless and until I get the certificates from my broker, those shares can still be shorted. Thanks for pointing that out....Vinnie
