Meaning no disrespect to you John, but your effort seems a little misplaced. If you applied your energy to getting CSHK to go on the record to answer these questions, then I think we could make some real progress. We have all been willing to engage in reasonable discourse, but I haven't the slightest idea of what your process is intending to serve. I for one have always where ever possible posted reference links to the information that I have posted. We have a thread that is for news only, a good idea. This is the discussion thread. Phone conversations just aren't good enough to establish facts, they must be on the record. I am sure you agree. I would be fascinated to hear why you think that CSHK shouldn't answer on the record where the various states of incorporation of these entities are that I have been calling for. A simple disclaimer that there are no felons involved with these companies would go a long way. But none of these answers have been forthcoming. Attempting to bog down this discussion with some process seems a little unproductive to me.
