Strange? Looks like the same kick in the butt I get whenever I start to make a little money.

Seriously, looks like some dippies think it's safe to buy techs again. The 'net stocks are up too (you know, flight to safety from Asia and cheap PCs too).

Anybody with any wave/technical views as to whether this is just the Titanic hesitating, bow pointing straight down, before going under for good? Or did the dippies get the SOS and come to the rescue?
