Mark, RMIL filed an 8K that responded to the SEC's contentions and the 10 day halt expired w/o further event. The 15c2-11's are on file and RMIL is currently auditing their completed financials. Whether the RMCW merger will be finalized is up in the air, but it appears Morgan has a plan B if and when Puhrs' options are exhausted. IMO, we will be trading, in one form or another, in 60 days or so with the float in Name Form. The SEC has no restrictions on RMIL, they only have to get their financials audited and up to date on their Q's. Pugs
