Sandie, figure that HVSF will have to give stock away for every service they need to have done by someone else. IF you were a company doing business with HVSF, how many shares would you want for say, letting someone from the company make a long distance call on your phone? 1 million perhaps? Would probably buy them a pizza for the whole 100 million shares. But then, I am just that kind of guy.
