Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. Announces Agreement With Southwest
Research Institute

CHARLESTON, S.C., May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GRNO) announced today an agreement with Southwest Research Institute to conduct testing that could further reduce the sulfur content in GOE's principal product # 2 diesel fuel to meet on road specifications thereby increasing market opportunities. The testing period is expected to require four months.

In other news (1) April 28, 1998 the Company granted Modern Industries, Co., Ltd., Keyeonghi do, Korea, consultant to
waste oil collector Klean Korea, an exclusive agreement for 90 days regarding the possible purchase of a Model #400 plant for installation in Korea by late 1998. (2) Green Oasis has increased its ownership interest in GOE Plant Partnership I to 35%.

The Company was notified on May 18, 1998 by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) the draft permit addressing 1000Gal/hr modification was in process and Regulatory Strategies, permit consultants, notified the Company May 20, 1998 a public notice will not be required. (3) On May 20, 1998 MANOVA, Istanbul, Turkey informed the Company that Ministry officials fully agree that the "Waste Oil Management Legislation" should include a "Consumption Tax Exemption of Secondary Fuels derived from Environmental Processing of the Waste Oils" and the final draft of the legislation is due by June 15, 1998. (4) The Company has extended a 90 day exclusive for Venezuela to chemical engineer Gabriel Farkas as of May 1, 1998 to explore the application of the technology to distill waste oil to special oils required for use in the drilling
industry.

Green Oasis' patent-pending process is designed to produce marketable fuels from waste oils in a closed cycle, one step process. The Company manufactures equipment for its own use as well as markets worldwide.
