Announces Agreement With Southwest Research Institute CHARLESTON, S.C., May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GRNO) announced today an agreement with Southwest Research Institute to conduct testing that could further reduce the sulfur content in GOE's principal product # 2 diesel fuel to meet on road specifications thereby increasing market opportunities.
