As far as the conversion goes, I really do not care. That is something that is tertiary in my thinking.

First I want the financials ( which I think are ready ) and would like to know how close the $50 mil offering is going.

$50 mil is not that much money in the investment community. If ZULU or ESVS is reading this please contact me and I can introduce you to some facilitators.

At least we agree that Joe is a smart and honest person. He's one of the reasons I feel there may be a glimmer of hope for this company and I am weighing his words carefully at this point. I feel more comfortable with his honest opinion then all the speculation. He tends to stick with the facts. That will help this company do better then anything else IMO.
