Edward, I saw that 150k trade at 15 1/4 but don't think it's all significant. With the exception of that one trade, very little stock traded at 15 1/4 and it bounced quickly. The stock spent most of the day basing between 15 7/16 and 15 9/16. The SOX, Nasdaq, OEX, S&P 500, and DJIA all put in reversals today and I think we are in for a nice rally. My guess is that VLSI will test 17 1/2 to 18 before running into much resistance. Dan
