NEW CEO said the deal would be done and relaesed before next CC. I took him on his word! I hope we don't have a new BOZO in charge!

Leroy....Thanks for sharing that with us. If Corso told you that the PUBLICLY released numbers for Myriad are not accurate, someone should be held accountable for these outright lies told to shareholders to blatantly mislead us? How the hell do you purchase a company WITHOUT doing an audit of their books? Unbelievable.

Leroy, the last time I spoke with the company, they said that a preliminary audit of sales and costs of sales was already finished on Myriad before the transaction was complete. If I remember correctly, the figure was something around 4 percent net, which is middle of the road across the sector for employee leasing. If what Malinoff said in the CC is true, about cross polinating their service line across offices, I think that particular margin may even be bumped up.

Also, I believe that you are correct in that Corso's firm is only responsible for the 1998 financial data, including Myriad's full audit. From what I have been told, the 1997 financials were completed by the first firm, with some adjustments that had to be made afterwards. I believe they are ready, or close to it.

Jin. I should be studying for this exam.
