Guess you're right: even the mutual funds that specialize in low priced stocks and the ones that have a lower amount of money to invest could not buy enough to make it worth their while without affecting the company too much or having too much of a stake.
Are we basically waiting for CDWI to grow then?Can the share price do much without institutional interest?
