Phil, this is what I have found out as fact and not rumor..you may take it as you wish. At the current sales growth prior to the last announcement was on pace to allow the company to record $12.8 million in sales. This is assuming a 20% quarter to quarter growth which this company is currently experiencing. With this last agreement the total revenue for this year should be $14 million, with no other agreements. If expenses stay flat as we have been told they would they should be about $8.5 million...giving us a profit of $5.5 million. Let us say that I overestimated and it only makes 5 million in net income that is still 40 cents a share. If we take a conservative PE of 20 we have an eight dollar stock...a more aggressive PE of 80 and we could have a $32 stock. My bet is that by the end of the year this will be an $8 stock if not much higher. This is all facts...no rumor...no mention of any future agreements...although I have taken the liberty to continue the 20% quarter to quarter growth. We have a winner even if it just maintains this pace.
