Not quite. The original plans for many were to sell the warrants, to recover the initial investment on the MIDLP and MIDL, or to sell the warrants and use the money to buy the common.

At least that was my original game-plan. Lowering the exercise price changed the whole ball-game (good & bad).

LOL Jeff, when this first started getting going last year, I think you, me, and the other 4 people who owned this stock back then did indeed have that discussion.

The BIG difference between then and now is the exercise price of the warrants. At 1 buck a pop to exercise, it wasn't possible to use the warrants to short the common.

I may be wrong, but thats my opinion.
