HI MARK! I use for the longs IBD A's or very high EPS(>95) or B's with strong Quarterly increase. Would we interesting to turn it around and use C's and smaller with declining earnings and EPS<50. Right now i run most of my short scan against the whole database and not against my Long database! I bot some DELL today which is the most expensive stock i ever bot. The stock showed a gap down from yesterdays close and was unable to close that gap most of the day until the market turned around. When it went above yesterdays close i bot because i felt that the stock would close strong. I put a stop at the point of that gap which is around the same price the closed the two trading days before. This is closer than the 3% or 5% but it seemed like a good spot. I never tried anything like this before and was thinking if using this now filled gap as a stop would be good idea. What do you think? Stefan P.S. IFCI closed up...COOL!
