I expect, given that the DOW and NAZ were down significantly most of the day, their falls held the markets attention and, therefore, it would not have been the best day to release DGIV news. Better to pick a day when things are quiet or moving up if you want to be noticed. I recall that some poor company did its IPO on the most recent day the market was tanking big time, and it appeared to torpedo what should have been that company's moment of glory (at least that's how the nitely business news portrayed that IPO's poor showing). So, I don't mind that no DGIV news got out today (although I think the gains we've had in the last 48 were newsworthy). The weather wasn't quite right for it. But tomorrow? Looking at how well the D & N sprang back in the afternoon, could be all clear nineteen hours from now! --dch
