Don't understand your point. Are you saying DELL is "over-sellered", but overvalued?

Oversold -- Precisely what does this mean? Does it mean that it is traded too little? Obviously, for every buyer there is a seller, so couldn't we just as easily say it is underbought? Perhaps it is an obscurantism designed to say that the price is too low. If so, how do you know the right price? Or perhaps it means that the price of the stock has fallen too rapidly. If so, what is the proper rate of decent, and how do you recognize it.
