I guess what makes me feel good about this is that even it it IS a scam we should have plenty of time to get out at much better prices than this... I can't believe the Bolivian government would be involved with a scam that couldn't go up more than this! ;-) What was the max? About a 5 bagger with no real chance for a big position to unload yet? No, if this is a scam it is either poorly run or else they have a lot more up their sleave than we've seen so far to move the price to new highs.
