ahh...yes.

One thing you neglect is TIME FRAME. If a stock is overbought...it's value must have gone up as well. Yet if the stock is still undervalued...then for a long term investor...it is still underbought.IMHO, they are one in the same. Stocks that are overbought...are overvalued. If they weren't...I'd buy some more. STocks that are overvalued are obviously overbought. AS for justifications for a particular stock price...forget about it. These "justifications" can break down as the stock tanks down or rockets up. My advice is to buy on strength and sell on weakness. No justification needed.

As you basically stated, this debate is going nowhere. Can you see why I didn't want to answer CHuzzlewits questions?
