Excuse me?! I brought up the 80/20 split this morning because I knew it existed and I knew where it was listed. I'm going to type it real slow so you can read it better. ________________________ ESVS Form 8-K/Page 16/Section 7.04 LIMITATION ON EQUITY. If during the period from the date hereof until March 1, 1999, ZULU-tek or Enhanced undertake a merger, consolidation or similar transaction or form a new entity which is owned by their current shareholders or a successor to either of them, the capital structure will be such that if the same were undertaken on the date hereof, the shareholders of ZULU-tek would hold 80% and the holders of Enhanced would hold 20% of the resulting entity ("Deemed Ownership"). _______________________ This is not gut.
