I don't think that it is active yet. From what I understand, the site design was outsourced to a professional company through the Phoenix IT office. Last time I checked, the domain is active on the server, but nothing is on it.

Myriad likely owed the back taxes largely for underpaying on payroll taxes. I don't think a full audit would be necessary. Just the payroll information.
